Although they are giving cashback before taking old gadget but in Terms & Conditions they have mentioned that send old gadget after receiving your iPhone.. Even you are correct that 34400 is direct price because they are reducing 7500 without taking old gadget... If one has to take that path ie breaking an Agreement/violating TnCs to get it at that price, then it is possible to find an even cheaper option for the same phone.
