1. Movie Mania offer (“Offer”) is valid from 23rd May 2014 to 23rd August 2014 both days included, and until the subscription lasts, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”).

2. TO REDEEM THE 2 MOVIE E-VOUCHERS - each of INR 250 value - UNDER THIS CAMPAIGN, THE USER HAS TO BE SUBSCRIBED TO WWW.MAVSHACK.COM PAID SUBSCRIPTION FOR 30 DAYS BY PAYING INR 250 (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) TO MAVSHACK AND TRANSFERRED THEREAFTER TO WWW.INOXMOVIES.COM TO REDEEM THE 2 E-VOUCHERS AFTER SUCCESSFUL MAVSHACK’S MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT.

3. The User will receive a pin code for two (2) movie E-Voucher of Rs.250.- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty) each that can be redeemed at www.inoxmovies.com respectively and which will be applicable for any day and any show in INOX’s Cinemas. These E-Vouchers will be presented on www.inoxmovies.com as well as sent by the email to the Users provided to INOX/Mavshack at the time of subscription. Only two E-Voucher can be redeemed against one monthlywww.mavshack.com subscription.

4. It is clarified that if the actual price of a ticket issued by INOX, against the redemption of an E-Voucher, is less than the value of the E-Voucher, INOX shall not be required to and shall not pay the User the difference in the price of the ticket and the value of the E-Voucher. If the price of the ticket redeemed against an E-Voucher is more than the value of the E-Voucher, then the User shall pay the difference to INOX, while exchanging/ redeeming the voucher at inoxmovies.com.

5. ON THE SUBSCRIPTION SITE THE USER SHALL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE HIS/HER MOBILE PHONE NUMBER FOR AUTHENTICATION BY MAVSHACK AND INOX, WHICH IS NECESSARY FOR REDEMPTION OF E-VOUCHERS IN EXISTING INOX WEB TICKETING SOFTWARE. IN ADDITION, THE USER SHALL SHARE ITS EMAIL ADDRESS AND NAME WITH MAVSHACK. BY ENTERING INTO THIS CAMPAIGN (E.G. SUBSCRIBING ONWWW.MAVSHACK.COM) THE USER EXPLICITLY GIVES ITS CONSENT TO PROCESS ITS PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CAMPAIGN AS WELL AS FOR THE PURPOSES OF BEING WWW.MAVSHACK.COMSUBSCRIBER. THE USER SHALL READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT IN FULL THE PRIVACY POLICY OF MAVSHACK WHICH IS PRESENTED TO THE USERS WHEN SUBSCRIBING TO WWW.MAVSHACK.COM -HTTP://MAVSHACK.COM/HOME.ASPX?PG=PRIVACYPOLICY PRIOR BECOMING MAVSHACK’s SUBSCRIBER. THE USER IS AWARE AND ACCEPTS THAT IN ADDITION TO INOX AND MAVSHACK THERE WILL BE OTHER DATA PROCESSORS WHO BELONG TO THE GROUP OF COMPANIES OF MAVSHACK ( E.G. MAVSHACK AB (PUBL), MAVSHACK MOVIES AB, TRADIX AB, ETC). IN CASE THE USER DISAGREES WITH HIS/HER DATA PROCESSING AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, HE/SHE SHALL REFRAIN FROM PARTICIPATING ON THIS CAMPAIGN AND OFFER.

6. Movie Value Vouchers will have three months of validity from date of issuance only (“Validity Period”) and the validity of the E-Vouchers cannot be extended. The E-Vouchers must be redeemed within 60 days of the E-Voucher issue date after which date the E-Voucher becomes void.

8. The payment for monthly subscription to www.mavshack.com in order to get 2 E-vouchers to INOX Cinemas can be done by credit card, debit card & net banking

9. This E-Voucher and/or any of its terms may be modified, extended, amended, suspended and/or terminated, at any time, at absolute discretion of the organizers (e.g. Mavshack and INOX), without assigning any reason and without prior information, provided only that such change is not retroactive.

10. This E-Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.

11. Any participation in this Offer is purely voluntary and shall be deemed as acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

12. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/scheme/promotion/discount for the time being in force at Mavshack and/or at INOX.

13. Mavshack and INOX will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the E-Vouchers by the User’s intended or unintended behaviour.

14. Any disputes arising from or in relation to Offer shall be subject exclusively to Indian jurisdiction where any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Offer, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Mumbai in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
