Have some decent buys here. Was always against paytm to buy physical goods due to negative complaints all over of their poor customer service after receiving wrong/defective products but lately made some purchases to try them out after seeing great offers and fairly satisfied with the products received. Had no interaction with their Customer service so cannot comment if that has been improved. paytm is purely a marketplace so customer service is really important in case problem arises and role of paytm comes than. I was really choosy in selecting the sellers and will advise the same till we hear paytm CC has improved.
