• 10% Instant Cashback is available on American Express cards. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Consumer Card, issued by American Express Banking Corp in India Only.
• The Offer is valid from 11 October 14 (00:00 hrs) to 16 October 14 (23:59 PM), inclusive of both dates (Offer Period)
• American Express cardholder will have to make the payment with their American Express cards only to avail this Offer.
• Maximum Instant Cashback amount per transaction is Rs 3,500
• Minimum transaction amount to avail this offer is Rs 15,000
• Maximum of 2 transactions per Card are applicable under the Offer
• Any add-on American Express card will be treated as a separate card.

• A maximum of 5000 Extra Bonus Membership Rewards Points can be earned per Card, valid on transactions of Rs.15000 and above during the Offer Period. The Extra Membership Rewards Points will be awarded in addition to Card specific 'Base' Membership Rewards Points. For Co-brand Cardmembers including American Express Jet Airways Platinum Card and American Express Payback Credit Card: Cardmember will earn equivalent number of specific co-brand currency as defined in the product i.e. ? JPMiles for American Express Jet Airways Platinum Card and PAYBACK Points for American Express Payback Credit Card.
• Rest all terms and conditions shall remain the same. All queries with subject to Extra Reward points must be directed to American Express only.

• In the event orders are cancelled, the corresponding value will be deducted from the paid amount while checking eligibility of Instant Cashback
• American Express Bank holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder. The Cardholder shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card is cancelled before the expiry of /during the Offer Period
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed to the account of the Cardholder
• This Offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time at the exclusive discretion of American Express Bank and Flipkart
• The Offer cannot be used to purchase Flipkart e-Gift Vouchers (EGVs).

• Any disputes arising out of the Offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by both the Parties with mutual consultations for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Bengaluru and language of arbitration shall be English.
• Flipkart.com reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the customer.
• Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Instant Cashback Program. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained until 25th October, 2014. Post such date, Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
