You need to pay Rs 100 to get 50 Cashback. So Rs 150 Recharge for spending Rs 100. Thats why USA bro is saying 33%.
All those were only for Mobile Recharge. For person like me who already done a lot through Sendly at 77% off , none seems attractive at the moment. But for dth , 33% is very good. Only pity that can do for only Rs.150 at 100 EDIT : Citibank and earlier 20% cashback was also for DTH. and very good though. I combined Citibank with 20% cashback and done Rs.600 dth at Rs.425 , so approx 29% off.
Done DTH recharge just now. Though it says cashback will come within 24 hours , it came instantly. Also Rs.10 extra for rating them. and those 20 off on 30 coupons are also back so taken 4 of those
