Redemption / Booking Process

• Buy the respective Groupon Voucher. (Booking of ticket should be done in 24hrs of purchase of Groupon voucher)
• Click on the GoAir website (www.goair.in)
• Check the flight details & fare
• Call the GoAir customer care on 09223222111 for new booking and provides the Groupon Voucher details.
• The voucher given to the customer will have a 12-digit code. Out of these the first 6 digits are the voucher code and last 6 digits are the pass code.
• Customer care agent will check the sector and fare availability on the system.
• He/She will take customer’s confirmation and generate the PNR.
• Once PNR is generated, Customer Care agent will verify the Voucher Number and Pin from the customer and apply the same on the PNR.
• For Credit Card Payment:Booking will be done on IVR and Goair Customer care agent will help you to do the booking
• OTP generated by guests, if booking and payments made through Credit Card at Call Centre.
• For Debit card/Net Banking: Guest needs to make the payment either through Debit Cards/Net Banking on the website or at the airport office.
• Balance amount to be cleared by the customer as per the applicable mode of payment.
• In case if guests does not pay the balance amount immediately or cancels the booking, entire voucher amount will be forfeited and no refunds processed:
  • For Travel period post 72hr and more - Maximum time allotted is 24 hrs to make the balance payments.
  • For Travel between 24 - 72hr - Payment to be cleared within 04 hours of booking.
  • For Travel within 24hr - Balance Payment to be made within 01 hour of booking.
