Maximum limit - there is no maximum limit on the number of credits that you can earn in a day but there is a limit on number of deals that are eligible for 2 credits.

Only first 20 deals in a day are eligible for 2 credits but deals that get promoted to A will fetch 10 credits each. So no limit on number of credits in a day.
