I placed an order with them worth Rs 2770 on 14th Dec I needed it for gifting purposes for X-mas The Price was good and that lulled me to buy it. Estimate Shipping date was 21st First of all, their customer service is very bad nowadays Everytime I am calling, now one is picking the phone, but, whenever I am calling between 2-4pm then their service is all right. After placing the order, I called them that if possible please ship the product before 21st because I need it urgently. Now, 21st passed I called them on 22nd regarding my order They told that my product has been shipped So, I asked them for my AWB no. They said that you will get a mail regading your shipment before 6pm They didn't sent any mail So, I called them again on 23rd They said that my order is not shipped and the estimate shipping date is now 25th Dec I knew that they wont pickup my phone on 25th, so I called them on 26th again regarding my order Now they are telling that my order is still not shipped and the estimate shipping date now is 31st Complete Idiots, instead of convincing the customer They are arguing with me Now, I cancelled the order by calling them and placed it now with pepperfry. See the irony of the situation, my X-mas gift is now a New Year Gifts. I will never place an order on IP again!!
My experience with Indiaplaza has been average. Problems happened few times and their customer care is not very professional and few times had to fight hard with them to get my matter solved.
one more bang!! the ff courier saying its dispatched from delhi on 25th and its held up somewhere i am literally pissed off by this indiaplaza!
never bought anythng frm indiaplaza... but IPL mein they organzd a predictn contest.... uske prize abhi tak nehi mila mereko....and i havent gt any reply frm them yet! so purchase karna yahan se... is a long way out fr me!
Asked the customer care few months back about the product info. telling dat they themselves not having enough info. about it
Till date I haven't received the product which was ordered on 17th DEC, 2012 Its more than 1 month now....
Indiaplaza getting bad to worse I ordered something in May. Order got cancelled and still waiting for refund. Emails are never answered and phone calls are just on recordings. Seems they are closing down.
Seems they are shutting down, click on any item and it shows error page! 2 months ago they said that they will be back with new stock but no signs of any good news in the offing. Oldest e-tailer of India dying soon.
Just to update that I have not got my refund till now. They made stories about a month back that they cannot refund online and will send me a cheque and wanted some consent letter from me through email , which I sent. But till date no refund through any form and no replies to email.
